Terms of Service

Effective as of May 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Leto Studio ("we", "us") for the use of all our mobile apps and websites (the "Services"). By downloading or using an app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use Our Apps

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. Titra: GLP-1 & Shot Tracker, AIScores: AI Match Predictions, AI Picks for NBA Games, AI Picks for NFL Games and AI Picks for NHL Games are only for users aged 18 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the apps only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. The apps, their design, code, content and our trademarks belong to Leto Studio or our licensors. You may not:

  • copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute the apps;
  • reverse engineer or try to extract the source code, except where the law allows it;
  • remove or bypass ads, purchase checks or security features;
  • scrape, resell or republish our predictions or other content;
  • use the apps for anything illegal, or to harm or harass other people;
  • overload, attack or interfere with our servers.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Some features need a subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, the billing period and what is included are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Free trials. If a plan has a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial length is shown before you start it.
  • How to cancel.Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. If something went wrong, email us and we will look at it.
  • Price changes. Google Play tells you about price changes for existing subscriptions in advance, as required.
  • Restoring purchases. Use the same Google account and tap Restore in the app.

4. Ads

Free versions of our apps show ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and websites they link to. A premium plan removes ads in that app.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of anything you add to our apps, such as logs, photos or drawings. You are responsible for it and must have the right to use it. You give us only the permission we need to process it to run the feature you asked for, such as analysing a photo.

6. App-Specific Terms

  • These apps help you keep a record. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
  • Estimated medication levels, nutrition values and AI meal analysis are approximations and may be wrong.
  • Always follow your doctor, pharmacist and the medicine's official instructions. Never change a dose because of something the app shows. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

  • Predictions and probabilities are statistical estimates, for information and entertainment only. They are not guarantees and not financial or betting advice.
  • If you choose to bet, you do so at your own risk and must follow the law where you live. Gamble responsibly.
  • These apps are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, NFL, NHL, any football league or any team. Team and league names are used only to identify them.

AutoDash: Car Connect & Sync

  • Set up the app before you start driving, mount your phone securely and keep your eyes on the road. Follow all traffic laws, including laws on using a phone while driving.
  • Speed, location and parking information may be inaccurate. Always rely on your car's instruments and road signs.
  • AutoDash is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Google, Apple or any car maker.

Settings Home Launcher

  • The app opens and changes system settings only when you ask it to. Some settings may not be available on every device or Android version.

7. Third-Party Services

Our apps rely on services from other companies, such as Google Play, Firebase, ad networks, Anthropic and data providers. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Internet, Data and Devices

Some features need an internet connection. Your mobile operator may charge you for data, including roaming. If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have their permission. We do not guarantee that the apps work on every device or Android version, and we recommend not using them on rooted devices.

9. Changes and Availability

We may update, change or stop any app or feature at any time, for example pausing predictions outside a sport's season. You may need to install updates to keep using an app. If we stop an app that you have an active subscription for, you can ask us for a refund for the unused part.

10. Disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Leto Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for loss of data, profits or goodwill, or for any betting, health or driving decision you make based on an app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Ending These Terms

You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them, and cancel subscriptions as described in section 3. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these Terms. Sections 2, 5 and 10–13 continue to apply after these Terms end.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Leto Studio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We will try to settle any dispute informally first, so please contact us before starting any claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect. If you keep using the apps after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
